I will be more than glad to answer any question you have about the courses through my personal Email, Kindly read the FAQ section before contacting me as you will find an answer to most of the questions you might have in mind.
FAQs (Frequently Asked Quetions) :-
How do I contact you?
- Although my personal contacts are available on the "About" page, i personally don't answer phone calls from strange number. Please use my Email to contact me first or at least send an SMS before calling, wither you have a question, a request or even if you're interested in the course plan.
How do I know my level?
- After you've contacted me I'll be glad to help you determine your current level through some basic and advanced questions that will give us both a hint where we should start from.
You will never take a course you don’t need, and be sure it’s for your own advantage since advancing to a higher level without knowing enough about the basics will devastate you and might effect the out come of the course, especially that basics will not be discussed during advanced courses.
What Happens Next?
- After determining the course level you should start from it will be your turn to decide your course plan and what courses you want to join. A first class should be scheduled to suite both of us, where you will get to decide wither the class fulfilled your expectations and you want to continue or not.
What about the Payment Policy?
- You will not be charged before the second class of the level you will be taking, when you have already decided to continue the course.
What if I decided to quit the course for any reason?
- If that happens, the total cost of the course will be divided into the number of total classes in your course. You will get a partial refund to the classes you will not attend and the charges of the classes you've attende will remain none refundable.
Where will the courses take place?
- My main concern in my courses is to keep my trainees as comfortable as possible, therefore they have full freedom wither to take at any place they find comfortable or at my small personal studio except some classes that will require outdoor photo shooting or special places such as calculating exposures exercise and some Macro classes.
Please note that I'm currently in Jeddah, I will not be able to travel to any place outside the town at this time.
Is it a group course?
- That depends on the trainee in the first place, if you prefer to be alone where you can get full attention you’ll never be forced to be in a group. If you prefer to be in a group you’ll most probably have to get your own.
But I don’t have a group, can I join and existing one?
- Yes you can, but some restrictions will apply
1- An approval of all group original members should be taken before a new member can join.
2- All group members should start the course at the same time.
3- No more than 5 members should be in a single group as that might affect the quality of my service and the attention each member gets during classes.
Will it still cost the same if I take the course alone or with a group?
- No, for each additional member in the group there will be a percentage of discount, which means the more members the less each one will be charged. (Check the table for percentages and total cost)
Why is there a range for each course period?
- Course period depends on 2 major factors:-
1- The attainment of the client, since it varies from one person to an other. eg. (a person could solve a mathematical equation in 15 minutes while another one could solve the same equation in 10 minutes only).
2- The number of members in each group. eg. (answering 1 question from each member in a group of 2 would take 10 minutes while answering 1 question from each member in a group of 4 would take 20 minutes).
Will there be practice or exercises in the course plan?
- Of course, Photography's best achievements can never be made without practicing, and that's one of the advantages of my course, where applying the theories I tutor will be under my own supervision in different occasions, group photoshoots will be arranged in specific suitable places to enhance the given substance with real application. Those classes will have extended periods when it's outdoors (more than the usual 1 hour class).
Do I got to have my own Camera - Accessories?
- Having your own camera is always an advantage and has it's own benefits as you will be required to practice what's given in each class and discuss the results and mistakes with me in the next class. Also in the case of groups, having your own camera will enable you to apply on your camera the material being discussed instead of waiting for your turn which might waste your time and other's time as well.
Is there a specific camera (model - brand) I should get?
- No, I tutor the art of photography and it's techniques which could be obtained through any DSLR camera no matter what model or brand you prefer.
If you still don't have your own DSLR camera I advise you to wait until you start the course as I can help you choosing a good one that will satisfy your needs.
I already took some courses, do you think I will learn something new with you?
- If you're serious about learning then definitely yes. My main concern in my courses is to tutor Photography as an Art by delivering all my knowledge to my client as I enjoy practicing and teaching photography more than making a business out of it, most of the courses I experienced teaches the technicalities of photography and basic information that can be easily found in any camera's user manual, which I believe could help you operate your camera but has nothing to do with the Art of Photography.
Theories and special tricks will be discussed and tortured along with the technicality equally in all my courses, and as the course isn't a single lecture you'll always have the time to practice, try and ask about things you couldn't fully understand or take a grip of.
